Are you a commercially driven sales leader who knows how to turn opportunities into signed business? This is an opportunity to take ownership of sales performance in the solar PV sector, leading a team of consultants across residential, commercial, agricultural and estate markets.
Based in Johannesburg, you will drive new business across South Africa, develop your team and take an active role in securing high-value opportunities. Combining consultative selling, technical understanding and financing expertise, you will help customers find solar solutions that meet their energy needs and financial circumstances.
The opportunity:
This is a hands-on leadership role with direct access to the Directors and responsibility for the full sales journey—from the first enquiry through to consultation, proposal, financing and contract signature.
You will have the opportunity to shape sales execution, strengthen team performance and work across a diverse customer base, partnering closely with marketing, design and installation teams to turn customer interest into completed sales and well-coordinated project handovers.
